I am unable to login with my Employee ID, what should I do?

RWS Employee are required to input a 10-digit unique identifier.

This identifier is composed of the employee’s full 6-digit Employee ID, followed by the last 4 digits of their registered mobile number.

If you encounter an error message indicating that your ID is invalid. Please contact Bus Services for advice.
