What will my journey be like?

Once you have a Car confirmation, be at the RWS level B1, Coach Bay in front of RWS S8 Bus Stop at least 5 minutes prior to the departure time.

Once you have a Bus confirmation, be at the RWS level B2, Central Wardrobe at least 5 minutes prior to the departure time.

To access your boarding pass, go to Menu > Manage Rides or simply tap on the notifications.

You will be able to track the location of the bus or car 5 minutes before the departure time on your ride ticket.

Once the bus or car has arrived, open your boarding pass and swipe on the bar when it is enabled (turns dark).

You will see your boarding code which matches your Bus or Car ID. Show this code and present to the driver for verification. 

Notifications for your drop off will prompt you when you are reaching your destination.
